master bedroom
full bath
bedrooms
living room & half bath
The cozy living room is located just inside the door. The laminate flooring is beautiful, easy to clean and scratch resistant. The living room has a large new window, with mountain views and views of the park.
The half bath is in the hallway between the living room and kitchen, it has the same laminate flooring.
the kitchen
Our kitchen is just recently updated and so nice to cook in! There is a chalkboard wall for the kids to color and write on. The dining area and kitchen are connected, both have a nice tile floor that is easy to clean. New appliances, lights, butcher block and more.
The pantry has plenty of room for food and even some storage. The kitchen is next to the back door so you can watch your kids from inside.
The washer dryer area-behind double closet doors is convenient. The pantry area behind single closet door.

backyard
The backyard is fully fenced and features a great play area for kids including a slide, sandbox, and fort. There is also a hand laid brick patio right outside the sliding doors. the backyard is visible from the kitchen so the kids can play while you are cooking! The best part about the backyard is two huge shade trees that provide full shade in the summer and a perfect hammock spot. If you don't have a hammock we will throw one in for you! The backyard trees are two mature fruitless mulberry trees and the front mature Canada Red Chokecherry and Flowering Plum. The property has a secondary irrigation right that costs $60 (for all landscape water) and is paid for 2009.
