Unlike many twin homes, townhouses or condos our twin home is in a residential neighborhood surrounded my single family homes. A very quite and safe neighborhood with many kids and families. Across the street is Kaysville City Ponds Park with baseball fields, soccer fields, playground, trails and lots of open space. Four blocks away is the Utah Botanical Center, trails and ponds (for fishing). Kaysville City is a wonderful place to live and also lots of civic events. The home is in Davis School District, 1 mile to Columbia Elementary, 1.2 miles to Kaysville Junior High and 1.5 miles to Davis High (and downtown). The drive to SLC is about 18-20 minutes and less to Ogden.
